Another couple tidbits

Two papers raising my interests, from a sociological engineering perspective on social psychology: "Why do humans reason? Arguments for an argumentative theory" (doi:10.1017/S0140525X10000968) and "Attitudes and Attitude Change" (doi:10.1146/annurev.psych.121208.131609)

There's probably some more stuff out there on "attitude change" at Google Scholar. The opposite side of that coin seems to be "persuasion resistance". Both seem to tie to changing people's minds (or not) about how society ought to be run, which in turn impacts how it does get run.
